Brick Method Press
The publishing pen name behind the Hyrox series at Kitaborn.
About
Brick Method Press writes books and articles for hybrid athletes who want a tool, not another notebook. The brick method - small, durable units that compound when stacked - is the underlying philosophy: structured journaling, repeatable training cycles, stations broken down into the form details that matter.
Brick Method Press is an imprint of Kitaborn, an independent publisher of purposeful niche books. Hyrox is our first series; more are in development.
What we publish
- The Hyrox Training Logbook - a 16-week structured journal for athletes who measure everything. Daily session pages, station PR logs, weekly review prompts, race-day pacing sheets. Available on Amazon + as a digital download on Gumroad.
- Hyrox Handbook (59 articles) - race guides, gear reviews, technique guides, training plans, and cornerstone references. Free at hyroxhandbook.com.
- The Hyrox Doubles Logbook - coming late 2026.
- The Hyrox Race Day Companion - coming 2027.
Editorial standards
Every article is fact-checked against current Hyrox event data and athlete testing.
Where we can't verify a claim independently, we mark it [VERIFY] until
confirmed. Affiliate links are disclosed at the top of each article per FTC guidelines.
We don't publish AI-generated articles unedited. Our process: AI for first drafts and structure; human review and editing for voice, accuracy, and the specific judgment calls that AI can't make. Every article is read end-to-end by a human before it ships.
